We recently identified an exploit that allowed players to obtain an unintended amount of Keycards.

We have now released a mandatory client update that fixes the issue and prevents the exploit from being used going forward.

Fair Play is important to us, and exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage is something we take seriously. As a result, we are taking the following actions against accounts that abused this exploit:

• Temporary and permanent account bans, depending on the extent of the abuse.

• Individual Rollbacks to remove Keycards and other progress gained through the exploit.

This approach is part of our broader push to strengthen Fair Play across the game. We want to be clear that intentionally exploiting bugs for an unfair advantage is not acceptable, and we will continue to take action when we identify this kind of behavior.
